WHAT IS COVERED
Paradise Mechanical provides a one year
installation, parts and labor warranty
on the entire heating and/or air
conditioning system equipment and all
related materials. In the event that
your heating and/or air conditioning
system needs servicing, PMI will make
necessary adjustments, repairs, and or
replacements on the equipment,
miscellaneous parts, and materials
covered, during the coverage period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Repairs that are not considered
manufacturing or installation related,
such as damages caused by accident,
misuse, floods, fire, or any acts of
God, unauthorized alteration, removal,
dismantling or repair of the unit.
HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
If the system is inoperable, before you
call for service, check the following to
be sure service is really needed:
- Circuit
breakers: Check the circuit
breakers to make sure they are not
tripped. If the circuit breaker
trips, it must be turned to the
OFF position to reset, and then
turned to the ON position.
- Thermostat:
Be sure the thermostat is properly
set.
Please direct all
warranty service requests to the
builder. The builder will then send
Paradise Mechanical a customer service
order. We will contact you within 48
hours of receipt of customer service
order to schedule an appointment.
If you have an emergency service request
after hours, or if you cannot contact
the builder, please contact Paradise
